Please become involved by sending us your story. Your experiences and feelings are an important part of helping to change the way patient care is delivered. Often our Health Professionals are also stressed and are unaware of the impact of their words and deeds on you the patient.
We would love to have your pictures or short videos as well as your stories to help teach both health professionals and patients and families how to improve their healthcare partnerships.
If you have an experience of health care in the last three years, either as a patient yourself or as a carer or friend of someone else, you are encouraged to share it. Sharing your story can help make our health service better. Click here to participate.
Your story will be handled confidentially by the non-profit service Patient Opinion Australia. Your story may appear (without your name) on their website. Patient Opinion Australia asks the health service to respond to the feedback you share, but does not reveal your identity. This service is independent of www.aipfcc.org.au and government. For more information about Patient Opinion Australia and how your story is handled, visit www.patientopinion.org.au
If you do not tell your story, who will?
